| MIT and OPEN Team Up |

To enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pakistan, and help ensure entrepreneurs to achieve their true potential, MIT, in collaboration with OPEN has put in place a series of workshops in Pakistan. The first two, entitled "Global Sales Strategies for Ambitious Pakistani Entrepreneurs" and "Financing for Growth" were conducted in Karachi earlier this year. Both were well attended. Three more workshops, including "Operational Excellence," followed by "Entrepreneurial Marketing" and "Corporate Governance" are planned for later in the year."Operational Excellence" will be held in Karachi on 05 & 06 November 2007, alongside another Sales Strategies course, repeated by popular demand. The MIT Enterprise Forum and OPEN growth plan competition is being held concurrently with the workshops.
