 Shuja has extensive hands-on experience in investing in, developing, managing and operating technology companies. He is currently Vice President of Operations at TRG Holdings, (www.trgworld.com ) a $200M private equity partnership focused on the IT-enabled services sector. At TRG Shuja has led post-acquisition integration, turnarounds, and global expansion initiatives.

Prior to TRG, he co-founded HauteDecor, a New York based B2B solution for the high-end interior architecture and design industry. While at HauteDecor, Shuja raised over $15 million in venture capital financing and led the company from concept to a product design and development process, and negotiated strategic partnerships with several leading technology companies. Prior to that, he worked in the Strategic Capital Allocation Group at Morgan Stanley, where he advised on asset allocation of over $2.5 billion in the alternative investments sector - private equity and hedge funds.

Shuja is passionate about creating cascading impact in the energy sector by taking on systemic challenges, bridging the renewable energy divide, connecting people in tangible ways to their energy, and supporting positive behavior change through how people experience energy.  He's a mentor for the Clean Tech Open business plan competition (www.cleantechopen.com).  He is an active member of the Full Circle Fund (www.fullcirclefund.org) an alliance of emerging business leaders who help solve public problems through engaged philanthropy and public policy advocacy.   Through the Full Circle Fund’s Energy and Environmental Circle, he advises Grid Alternatives, (www.gridalternatives.org), a solar electricity and energy efficiency provider to low-income homeowners in California, and leads an inquiry team in the Global Economic Opportunity circle to support low-income entrepreneurs in developing countries to scale affordable renewable energy technologies through the use of microfinance.  Shuja is also an active member of Developments in Literacy (www.dil.org).

Shuja received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
